Miguel at Limelight (Show Review)
Last Friday, I was permitted (thanks to Lovenoise) to step into a time machine to behold the type of show my grandmother would rave about in her heyday. I was entertained by a “Frankenstein-like” creature, which was pieced together by Dr. James Brown, Dr. Prince Rogers-Nelson, and the many other notable performers who placed the audience in wonderment solely by the effectiveness of their moves. From every “split” to every subtle “finger lick”, Miguel captivated the over anxious crowd at Limelight within the first verse of “Strawberry Amazing.”
