Trails and Ways – Sure Thing (Miguel Cover) (Audio)

Not too long ago, we posted “Mtn Tune” from Oakland dream-pop quartet Trails and Ways, a track that ended up landing on just about every legitimate music blog around the globe and leaving the soundcloud track at around 100k plays. Within the next year or so, most of us will likely become very familiar with this new group. Trails and Ways latest offering is a cover of Miguel’s “Sure Thing,” which has been rewritten using marxist romance lyricswith and transformed with a smoky early 90′s jazz guitar, synths and smooth beats.

If the original “Sure Thing” was a sunny day in LA, we want ours to be a rainy night in São Paulo. – Trails and Ways
